your renting needs. We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, as well as 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses.

Our friendly and helpful management is LOCAL, and we work
hard to keep our apartments well maintained and in good repair. We are often away from the office, so the quickest way to reach us is by sending an email, though messages may be left on office
phone as well.
- In all of our units, the electric bill is paid by
the tenant. Some units have additional gas or water bills, which vary by location. You can see the specifics on the 'Available' page.
- We have a $40 non-refundable application
fee; we call references and check credit history.
- Apartments cannot be 'held' for interested
parties unless individuals have gone through application process and security deposit and 1st month's rent is paid.
- We do not allow pets
- We do not do short-term leasing. Our leases run through
May 31.
- If two singles are applying for a 2-bedroom unit
(roommates) there is an additional $20 increase in the monthly rent
